Leichts Keller in Kemmern

We went to Leicht's Keller at the weekend and will never go there again. I don't know whether it was staff or the boss, I don't care, I've never experienced such arrogance in 13 years of beer hiking. It's a shame and the number of bad reviews are quite common.

Unfortunately not to be recommended, we had taken a break there as a family on a bike tour. The service there was hard to beat in terms of rudeness. Anyone can have a bad day, but you shouldn't let your mood out on the guests. Especially when there are enough cellars and beer gardens as alternatives.

Hard to beat when it comes to rudeness! We have never seen anything like it. The food is also only 0815 - we will definitely not be back and also not recommend the cellar to others.

At the bar, the owner said to his staff that my mouth and nose protection was not sitting properly and that I should therefore not be served. Perhaps it should be mentioned that this is an ordinance - not a law - which neither states what type of MNS one should wear nor how it should be made. In theory, I could have worn a crocheted MNS too. For information: I wore standard disposable protection and was the only guest in the beer garden next to a couple. I will definitely not stop here anymore.

Cyclists are hated here! We like to drink in the group, after a cool round on the mountain bike, a non-alcoholic drink or a cyclist ... but certainly not here, because cyclists are absolutely undesirable with these hosts. Prohibition signs and a barrier prevent you from driving slowly and sometimes even address you stupidly. If you can, you'd better continue to the Diller-Keller or Wagner-Keller.

Were there on Saturday ... The ladies at the meal counter were very friendly and responded to our requests. However, the "greeting" at the beverage dispenser was very rude and pampy.

Hello and good afternoon! A very unsightly experience on Wednesday in the basement. Actually, my companion and I only wanted to spend a cozy evening in the basement, but things turned out differently. As we walked up from the parking lot, we approached the window of the "order area", because I had a lot of my mask not with me, I said this to my companion and before we could continue talking, the gentleman rumbled out of the window without us too only to be welcomed at a volume that we could not say anything at first. He had noticed that with the mask during our conversation and rumbled out of his window that he didn't care and regulations Corona and so on, the full program, we had not even addressed him. I am 100% behind the regulations and comply with them, but we didn't even have a chance to talk to the gentleman who was getting louder and louder. Where is the problem to greet someone nice and friendly and to tell the "guest" in a polite and white way ??? My companion (himself a restaurateur) looked around and there were just five people at two tables as guests, looked at me and the gentleman in the window and said: "No problem if guests are not wanted here, since here anyway there is a lot going on and the gentleman doesn’t want to make any money, then we’ll go again ". We then went back to the car, took the mask straight away and drove to another cellar. As I said, no problem with the regulations, it is for the safety of all of us, but what is the saying? The sound makes the music!!!

Kerstin and Rudi, a team that fits together like stocking and laces. The beer is good and the food tastes great! Cyclists are annoying because they cannot read and almost overwhelm you (they should actually have to dismount and push their bikes through the basement. But reading is not available to everyone).

Very good cellar economy. Prices are okay and orders are processed quickly.

Very cozy inside with a wood stove. Nice operators, great views outside and good food and beer.
